PADI

All courses offered by the Cambridge Dive and Watersports Centre are run by standards laid down by PADI, 'The Professional Association of Diving Instructors', - the largest professional dive organisation in the world. PADI dive certifications are recognised at dive locations world-wide.

You are required to fill out a medical form prior to attending a course, you can save time by printing it out and bringing it with you to the course. If you answer 'yes' to any of the questions you should seek advice from your GP before attending the course. A guide for GPs is also in this file - you should take it with you to your GP. Please note that you will not be able to complete any in water activities if you answer 'yes' to any question, unless you have a doctors certificate confirming you are fit to dive.

Awarded a PADI five star rating in February 1997 the Cambridge Dive and Watersports Centre has continued to excel in it's training of students and was presented with a PADI education award in 1998. In July 2001 the centre gained PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre rating.

With this continued commitment to high level diver instruction you can be sure that training you receive from the Cambridge Dive and Watersports Centre will be amongst the best available.
